These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wildlyrelatable.co and any purchase from Wildly Relatable. Throughout these Terms, “Wildly Relatable,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wildly Relatable. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on the site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Online store eligibility

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total shown.

Processing times, delivery estimates, customs charges, address responsibilities, and carrier issues are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content—including designs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, text, product names, photographs, and software—are owned by or licensed to Wildly Relatable and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

8. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or any law. You grant Wildly Relatable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential, compensate you for them, or publish them.

9. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products. The site may also use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, marketing, and other services or link to external websites. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process personal information as described in Shopify’s applicable consumer privacy notice.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildly Relatable and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the site, products, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Wildly Relatable and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
